2. Industry Sustainability

How to increase diver loyalty and protect marine life with internationally-recognized environmental standards

Understand the importance of best environmental practice, above and below the surface, and how you – as a role model – can best communicate with your divers on this topic to avoid judgment and maximize enjoyment. Learn some helpful facts from Green Fins to aid your pre-dive briefings and ensure underwater corrections are having the greatest impact. 

Receive top tips for guiding underwater photographers and access a recent survey on global diver trends and how you can attract new divers and keep them coming back to you with sustainability principles.

3. People & Humanity

How to create a culture of inclusivity and change lives by overcoming perceived physical and/or mental barriers to diving

The role of a PADI Professional is to welcome everyone into the world of diving. Many challenges are not immediately obvious, but in this webinar, you’ll receive an introduction to Holistic Teaching principles and techniques to motivate any student, regardless of age, background, physical and/or mental challenges. 

Included is advice on how to recognize the specific needs of any diver or learner, consider the complete person and communicate in a way that is open, inclusive, friendly and fun.

This webinar will count towards a partial seminar credit for Master Instructor and/or Course Director applications.
