Creating confidence to care is what being an Emergency First Response® (EFR®) Instructor is all about and in 2020 EFR Instructors were extremely busy creating competent, confident lay responders.
Emergency First Response is one of the largest international CPR, AED and first aid training organizations with more than 60,000 instructors worldwide teaching courses in more than 175 countries.
The Emergency First Response program approach builds confidence in lay rescuers and increases their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency by teaching them the skills they need in a non-stressful learning environment. This methodology has proved to be a powerful unique selling point (USP) and EFR instructors are instrumental in the success of the program
EFR Instructors teach lay rescuers from all walks of life. Whatever the reason for enrolling in a course, EFR Instructors are very busy and the most productive in 2020 have been recognized for their efforts to create confidence to care. Congratulations to the 2020 EFR Elite Instructors.
In 2021, EFR Instructors registered with the EMEA Regional Headquarter are invited to teach the EFR program and aim to reach one of the qualifying recognition levels. The EFR Elite Instructor award not only shows off how productive you were in the previous year but, for business development purposes, demonstrates that you are an active CPR and first aid instructor with a lot of experience.
So what are you waiting for? If you’re not already actively marketing and conducting EFR courses in 2021, seize the opportunity to not only increase your profitability but to also receive recognition for your productivity.
