Many PADI® Professionals have been on the move over the past 18 months. If you are one of them, and even if you’re not, now is a good time to review your PADI Member information on file to ensure your contact information is up-to-date. Ensuring your information is accurate also ensures you receive regular PADI communications, including updates specific to your assigned PADI Regional Headquarters.
Follow these simple steps to review your PADI Membership information:
Step 1: Create a PADI Single Sign-On (SSO) Account
If you haven’t already done so, create a PADI SSO account to access the PADI Pros’ Site and the many tools available to you as a Member including Dive Chek® Pro Chek, the new PADI Job Board, PADI eLearning® student management, the Conservation Activities Locator, PADI Dive Guides, online ordering and more. The PADI Pros’ Site is also where you can go to manage and update your Membership information. Follow these steps to create a PADI SSO account:
Go to the PADI Pros’ Site login page at pro.padi.comClick on “Create an Account”Select “PADI Professional Member”Complete the requested information (have your PADI Member card handy)Create a password and then click “Create Account”

Step 2: Review and Update Your Member Contact Information
To review and update your PADI Member contact information:
Log into the PADI Pros’ Site and click on “Visit Classic Pros’ Site” (left side menu bar)Click on “My Account” in the primary navigation barClick on the blue “Update Address Info” buttonUnder “Mailing Address” you can update your mailing address, phone numbers and email address. Information here will determine where your physical and digital communications are sent. Note: changes to the email address here will not change your SSO login email. To update your login email, contact PADI Customer Relations.Under “Teaching Address” you can update your teaching location by State, Country or Region and postal code. Information here determines which PADI Regional Headquarters supports you and ensures you receive communications relevant to your teaching area.Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.
Step 3. Check Your Membership Plan Status
While you are in the PADI Pros’ Site, you can also review your Membership Plan to ensure no lapse in Member benefits and to renew your membership at the lowest possible rate. Here’s how:

Login to the PADI Pros’ Site (if you are not already logged in)From the new Pros’ Site home page, click on “Membership Plan” (left side menu bar)Your Membership Plan status will show one of the following:Automatic Renewal: This means you are enrolled to renew at the lowest renewal rate and your renewal will be automatically processed during the 4th quarter of the year. Renewing automatically not only saves you money, it also ensures there is no lapse in Member benefits.One Time Renewal: This means when it comes time to renew your 2022 Member Renewal, you will need to manually enter your payment information and process the charge.
Note! If you are not currently enrolled in Automatic Renewal, you can easily do so from the Membership Plan page by clicking on the “edit plan” link. If you are enrolled, be sure to review your credit card status to ensure the card is valid and will not expire before the end of year.
