New PADI Instructors, and some less active PADI Instructors, might not feel fully confident navigating their way around the PADI Pros’ Site or conducting some of the more advanced PADI Continuing Education courses. Lack of confidence can be what holds an instructor back from progressing their PADI Pro journey and becoming more productive and employable. For some, it can be a vicious circle.
The PADI EMEA Advanced Training Academy is an interactive, workshop-based program, conducted by renewed, Active-status PADI Course Directors, that can be marketed to such instructors as well as to PADI Instructors who have been inactive for a while or have relocated and are unfamiliar with their new location.
The program can be conducted face-to-face or online and can be delivered over a single day or multiple sessions. Workshops and discussions have been designed so they can be conducted in a physical or virtual classroom and participants can work in teams or individually.
The PADI EMEA Advanced Training Academy is a great business opportunity for active Course Directors looking for new Instructor-level continuing education business opportunities. While PADI EMEA Advanced Training Academy is not a certification course, the program awards seminar credit to the PADI Instructor taking part and a new revenue stream to the Course Director marketing and conducting the program. It is open to certified, teaching status PADI Instructors and can also be marketed to IDC candidates as follow-up training to their IDC.
The program is being launched in English and will be translated, based on market demand.
