Josep Lluis Massuet Casals

Josep Lluis was born in in Barcelona and has been scuba diving since 1974. He has worked as a commercial diver, technical diver, and instructor during his 25 years (and counting!) career. During this time he has accrued vast experience in the management of dive centers. Josep Lluis started working for PADI as a political adviser, and during his time at PADI also worked as a regional customer relations consultant and training consultant, before becoming a Regional Manager in 2018. He has also been a PADI Examiner since 2013.
Josep Lluis is responsible for the business development of dive centres in Spain and Canary Islands and also holds the position of political adviser (issues related to regulations, authorizations, etc.) for dive centres and members in this region. Dive Centres in all Spain can contact Josep Lluis with any questions they may have.

Jose Lopez

Jose joined PADI in February 2016 as a regional customer service consultant, supporting PADI members and dive centres with renewals, insurance updates, student certification issues and all matters related to digital product support… but you can contact him regarding anything. There’s no problem too big or small for Jose!

Francisco “Paco” Casas

Also known as Paco, Francisco was born and graduated from university in Madrid before becoming a PADI Instructor in 2004 working in different locations around the world. Paco enjoys serving the PADI Membership in his role as a PADI Course Director and as a regional training consultant, which he started in 2016 when he moved to UK. Since then he has continued to provide top class support to the membership in Spain.

René is Austrian, but was born, raised and has his home in Spain. His PADI Pro career started at the end of 2015 and since then he has worked in Thailand, Sicily, Spain and the Maldives. In mid-2019 he was offered the opportunity to join PADI as RTC for the German-speaking region, so he moved to Bristol. For personal reasons, he moved back to Spain at the end of 2020 and left PADI for a short time. However, he re-joined the team in mid-2021 and now he is the Businees Cnsultant from Spain, you can contact him if you have any questions regarding related to PADI Club, PADI Adventures, Dive Shop Locator. His passions are hiking, underwater photography and bachata.

Tony Imposimato

Tony was born in Venezuela, and was certified as a diver in 1987, becoming a CMAS Instructor in 1991 and crossing over to PADI in 1996. He worked for over 20 years as an Instructor and store manager for several dive shops in Venezuela & Curacao, before finally opening his own Dive Center in 2011 when he became a Course Director. In November 2017 he moved to Spain where he worked as an Independent Instructor/Course Director until April 2019 when he joined PADI as a regional training consultant. His passions are Tec diving and music.
Tony mainly focused on Spain, Canary Islands, Malta & Cyprus and supports members with anything related to training or products.

Micaela Fernandez Nasini

Micaela is the Marketing Executive for multiple regions in EMEA, including Spain. She started to work for PADI to support the members with marketing efforts and marketing tools. On the consumer marketing side, she is raising awareness and driving diver acquisition through diferent campaigns and partnerships.
Micaela is Argentinian, living in Spain. She started to dive on 2006 and become a PADI instructor in 2022.

Sascha Engeler

Sascha Engeler was born in Switzerland and has called Cyprus, the beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea, home since 2019. Sascha became a PADI Professional in 2007 and worked in different parts of the world as a PADI Instructor and Course Director, before joining PADI in March 2010. Sascha worked as sales supervisor, then became a PADI Regional Manager in 2012 before being promoted to PADI Territory Director in September 2019. His passions are diving, climbing, and his two dogs.
Sascha speaks: German, English, Spanish and a little French.
